    I decided to buy a sound card for my Macbook Pro and bought the Echo Indigo DJ card from DJdeals. It was the wrong card, and when I asked to return the card (unused), he (Steve) referred me to his return policy and then would not respond to my emails. I bought the wrong card and I admit it was my mistake, but give me a break. It's not like it was a PCI card. The worst part is that I bought it for my school (I play for our middle school dances) to try to make the music a little better. Thanks a lot, Steve.

    Even after I added shipping to Australia, taxes and customs duty, the mixer I purchased from VestaxStore.com was still less than half price compared to buying in a DJ equipment store here. It was great!! DJDeals also gave me a tracking number and I could see my parcel fly out of America, over the Pacific and into Australia (delivered in under 1 week). This really put my mind at ease as there are numerous horror stories about buying over the net. I would certainly recommend Joyryde to anyone living outside the US, sick of importers running a virtual monopoly, charging customers ridiculous prices. Thanks Boys, you guys saved me about a thousand Australian dollars... About 850 American.

    I had a horrible experience with them. Their customer service was unbelievable. They were rude and harsh. They charged me higher price then stated. Then offered to credit me back and still did not credit me anything. PLEASE if you are a customer, think twice before dealing with them. Their lowest price guaranteed, is not the lowest price. I have found other products at a lower cost and when I confronted them, they argued and was completely rude. I have never had a worst experience buying something in my life. I am warning you. Do not buy from them.

    PROCASES RECORD STORAGE TOWER F-LPT4 IS ADVERTISED AS MADE FROM PLYWOOD. IT IS MADE FROM PARTICLE BOARD WITH BLACK LAMINATE. IT WILL PROBABLY HOLD UP BUT AFTER BEING BUFFETED AROUND ON ITS WAY FROM INDONESIA, IT NEEDS REPAIRED. SO, WHAT DO I THINK OF DJ DEALS? THEY SELL JUNK.

    Worst experience of my life! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - can't phone & my 3 emails were ignored until I finally refused the shipment & started dispute process with my credit card co. My third email explaining my dissatisfaction received the following unbelievable response: "Nobody has a clue what you are talking about. You may want to read the emails sent to you (attached) prior to sending nuisance emails to our company." Prior to this, the only response was the order confirm email. The attachment referred to was the shipping confirm (11 days after order & credit card charged)which I didn't receive until this arrogant, unhelpful response. My last email trying to discuss this order/issue came back as undeliverable and labeled "nuisance email." I cannot even access their site regarding order/shipping issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    Wow...after reading various review sites (after I ordered), I was very paranoid and wished I would not have ordered from DJ Deals but it was too late!...I ordered through Google and after a couple of days, I asked about my order status via email and received nothing in return (OH NO)...long story short, I received the order on the following Monday out of the blue (yea!)...very nicely packaged with original box inside a cardboard box w/lots of peanuts...so here's the deal - customer support is minimal but I saved $25 on a $150 item from everyone else and shipping was free and very FAST. I would order again

    Excellent Experience! Responded to an emailed question I sent out at around 5pm (PST) and I got a response within an hour! NOTE: Business is on the East Coast! My mixer shipped the same day I ordered it! Lastly.... excellent communication via email with order# and UPS tracking #!

    I ordered a Sefour DJ table for $700 and then didn't get any other contact for 4 days - i did get an initial receipt saying to keep it because i wouldn't be getting another. I tried to contact them just because i was curious when this item might dispatch - their response was read our shipping documentation - which clearly says nothing. Couldn't find anything out even though my credit card had been debited! Had to go through the pain of canceling the credit card transaction.

    I had a great experience shopping at Joyride. The delivery was on time. They really helped me out with the problems I had with my credit cards. They covered and made me a better price than the one I found at some competitor. The only problem was that the good arrived without a receipt. But they showed themselves very reliable, and I am sure that they will send it to me as soon as I ask them to.

    i was weary of shopping with djdeals after i had read all the bad reviews - but they were the only ones with a vci-100 in stock... so i bit the bullet and ordered... order shipped the next day, got it about a week later. everything was great except they shipped the unit in its original packaging... during shipment the box got torn up - luckily the unit was okay... I wish they had packed the unit in another box to protect it... other than that, it was a good transaction.

    Excellent. second time I have purchased from them. Fast shipping (especially if your item is being shipped to New England.. you should have it in a day or two by UPS Ground service) Very good prices! I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    Terrible return policy. They will not answer the phone and state this in their voicemail greeting. They will only reply to voice mail within 3 days and only by email. Here is their return policy: RETURN POLICY We reserve the right to refuse any return. Returned items must be UNOPENED, showing no signs of wear or a 20% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions.
