  Ordered a tail light assembly for my Honda Civic. I received a friendly email the next day saying the item was out of stock, but that "an order is coming to us and will be here within a few days" and that they would ship once the part arrived. Showed in-stock on their Web page, though, so I'm not totally satisfied. As much stuff as I buy online, I have little patience for sellers listing items in stock when they're not. But true to their word, the item apparently did arrive at their warehouse and they shipped to me with good packaging about two weeks after my order. And the price was lower than other sellers. Therefore, I am somewhat satisfied.
