Unbelievable service... On the website its has the usual disclaimers about processing time and if you dont submit order by a certain time it will be processed the next business day. I placed my order at 4:00 pm EDT (six hours after the posted deadline) and I received a call 30 minutes later verifying my credit information. I was so impressed. They also shipped out the Laptop that afternoon. By far the fastest customer service I have ever had with an online purchase. *The laptop is not subject to this rating because I knew what I was getting was what I wanted.
