  It took more than two weeks to get what we ordered for 2-3 business day delivery, and we did not even get what we thought we were ordering. Customer service agreed their website was ambiguous about our product. Additionally, the diamond was three grades lower clarity than the certificate claimed. When we tried to return it, they reneged on their commitment and it cost us hundreds of dollars. Worst on-line shopping experience of my life! Check BBB before you use this company.

  I was nervous about an expensive ring purchase from United Diamonds as I found little information about them online, but their beautiful and unique settings were the best I could find anywhere, so I took the plunge and ordered. They worked with me every step of the way, allowing me to chose the center stone and in the end my wife got the most beautiful diamond ring I've ever seen. The order took a little longer than I thought it would (I was in constant contact with them, great customer service), and after all was said and done they delivered the most STUNNING ring I've ever seen. So if you're thinking about ordering a diamond ring from them, all I can say is that I was 100% happy with my purchase. Thanks for everything Bruce!
