Rating: 1/5The speed of the delivery was good, unfortunately, I only received 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. There was no explanation on the invoice, and the 2 e-mails that I sent to SuperDuperClub.com have still not been answered. If I don't get an answer soon, I will have to cancel the part of my order that I did not receive, and then purchase it elsewhere. If I have to do this, I will no longer patronize SuperDuperClub.com As of right now I am very disappointed in every aspect of my experience with this company. You would expect customer service to reply a lot faster than they have when there is a problem, and there is no phone number listed on their website to call in case something like this occurs.

Rating: 5/5Ordered dvds; were shipped/rec'd quickly after order was placed. Although some damage to box during shipment, dvds were fine. SuperDuperClub even offered to replace items, but since they were fine I kept them. Good turn-around time on e-mails. Very satisfied with purchase.

Ordered 3 items with 2nd day air shipping. Two arrived on time, third took over a week to finally get to me. When the third item didn't arrive with the first shipment I tried to work with Customer Service. Customer Service rep was rude and unapologetic. Instead of answering my specific questions regarding the missing item, he quoted T&C that stated that items could be shipped from different warehouses. He didn't explain why all of them couldn't have still been shipped with 2nd Day Air. Plus, he said that the terms and conditions "clearly state", whereas the terms and conditions were nowhere to be found on the site and they never popped up anywhere during the ordering process. As far as I'm concerned, they lied to me about their shipping options. I wouldn't have placed the order if I knew the 2nd Day shipping would not be applied to all items. In general, I'd reccomend not using this merchant. I certainly never will again.
