Rating: 1/5Ordered a pair of boots over a month ago and have heard nothing. Tried to contact customer service over and over only to be transfered to a recording. Finally filed a dispute and claim through PayPal

Rating: 2/5Great response to order; was not in stock and they forwarded order directly to manufacturer who shipped directly to me. However, I ordered the wrong size. Now I'm stuck. No replies to inquiries by phone or email, and of course the online chat is never available. Trying to find out what refund/exchange policy is when using paypal but of course nothing is mentioned on their website regarding paypal refunds/exchanges.

Rating: 1/5After approximately 20 days from placing my order I called to check status and was told the item was on backorder. It would have been nice to know that sooner. I then changed my order to something in stock and was given the same price as previous order with "upgraded" shipping. Well, after not hearing from you guys again I call back to get "I'll have to check with shipping". Needless to say I cancelled my order. Now I only hope I get my refund back. THE WORST online experience I have had by far and I will tell anyone interested in this company to steer clear.

Rating: 1/5I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago. I have not received it, nor did I get any response from my emails inquiring about my order. Today I bought the item somewhere else and canceled my order. Apparently they are doing so well they don't need my business.

Rating: 5/5Funny that 3 people have had very bad experiences. I had an International order (New Zealand) of a pair of steel caps, & they took less than a week to get here from when I paid. And before I ordered them, I changed my mind 2 or 3 times, and they were very helpful with that too. I bought a couple of hoodys from there a while ago too. No problems then either. They are a lot cheaper than other stores too.

Rating: 1/5I placed an order and paid extra for 2nd day air delivery. After 3 days, the order had still not been processed or shipped. I attempted in vain to contact the company by both email and phone to check the status of my order, but it seems as though no one works there. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, this was a complete waste of my time. I would gladly pay a few dollars more and actually receive the item I ordered. Completely discontented, will never use again.

Rating: 1/5Ordered 2 Sweatshirts over 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks called, phone to customer service disconnects you, sent emails and "opened Tickets" on their system. No Response. Horrible Customer Service or should I say No Customer Service. Stay away from this on line retailer!

Rating: 5/5The Working Person's Store's service was prompt and concise. I was very pleased with the product I purchased from Epinions so I decided to view the Working Person's Store website and it was one of the most impressive websites for the type of business they are running. I found that I have been spending more money on the same products when I bought from other websites. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased.

After a month of not recieving my order, and one non -responded to e-mail, I called to find out that my order is on backorder and the shipper does not notify them of this status. Is there not anybody that tracks orders? Do they place an order and then kick their feet up on the desk and wait for it to come in? And because they charge when the item is shipped I essentially have a $66 check floating around out there.
