Rating: 1/5I placed an order for a telephone, received a confirmation email, but no further contact. After 36+ hours without a tracking number, I contacted the vendor by telephone, only to find out that the item was out of stock and not available. The vendor was quick to offer a different, but incompatible device. The item is still listed as available for sale from the web site. Be careful before ordering.....

Rating: 1/5Makophone links with people falsely advertising the product, and then when you have to return it charges a 15% restocking fee.

Rating: 1/5I ordered a phone. Speedy delivery, but wrong phone arrived. When I called to remedy the problem thats when the trouble began. Customer service was HORRIBLE, mostly with one very unprofessional individual. It took about a month and many headaches/emails/phone calls to get the issue resolved.

Rating: 2/5i purchased an item from makophone as a gift and i changed my mind on the item and sent it back for a refund. it took multiple tries to contact a customer service rep to issue a return authorization...eventually i was given one and mailed the package back in perfect unopened condition. it has been over a month, and USPS tracking said their warehouse received the item....but i have still not been issued a refund (which carries a 15% restock fee). i again i am in the process of trying to contact this company to see what the hold-up is and am getting ZERO response. currently they are holding a $100 item and there has been no refund!! *Update as of 2-21-08 -- after a few more failed attempts to contact Makophone's customer service, I finally received an email stating that the issue has been resolved and my account has been credited. I certainly appreciated the email and refund. However, I still feel very dissatisfied with the customer service of this company, for I could of easily been given some sort of contact weeks ago saying they were working on processing the refund --- anything would have helped!!

Rating: 5/5We having been buying all our toner from Makophone for several years now. We always get out shipments the next day, and we are paying about %30 less then when we drove to the store to get it. We have made a point to tell our business associates about this company.
