    I ordered a computer desk and hutch on 1/9/07 it has shown as being in process since that date...called and was told they have it but it is taking time for them to ship it out...yes my charge card was charged on the 1/9/07... sent numerous e-mails...only one answered...again saying it is taking time to get the order out...now after calling again they are telling me...next week! What a joke...but the price had now gone up on the product and I'm not giving in...I am beginning to think they want me to cancel the order... NEVER order from these people!!!

    I recently purchased a Powell Wilmington coffee table with stools as well as the matching chest. I don't typically leave reviews but thought I would in this case as the previous reviews about FurnitureBuzz were very mixed.First, Furniture Buzz was the most competitive pricewise with very reasonable shipping charges for these very heavy items.They communicated appropriately to promply confirm order status, provide tracking #s. Shipping through third party was prompt and courteous.The furniture was very high quality, properly packed, and as advertised.Overall a very positive experience all round. I would recommend purchasing from them again.

    I ordered a vanity for Christmas and FedEx returned it damaged even before getting to my house. It will be over 6 weeks. Don't believe their estimated shipping time. For what they are listing on their website, they won't even get it to their warehouse by what they indicate. I will never shop here again!

    I decided to take a chance despite all the negative comments about delivery. The delivery was exactly as promised: 3-4 days out of the warehouse (it was 4), then 6 more days across country to Seattle. Total: 10 days, which is almost as good as a cross-country letter. I was able to follow the transportation progress via FedEx. I haven't opened the Bush desk package yet, but there are no dings or dents in the cardboard so I'm expecting all is well. Kudos to FurnitureBuzz for their prompt delivery and spectacular price (less than the price Bush advertised PLUS free shipping!) MaryfromSeattle

    The customer service at Furniturebuzz.com was terrible. I almost missed my shipment and it was on the way out of town after sitting 3 days and I had yet to be contacted that the order had even gone through. When talking with Mike the manager he stated that several e-mails were attempted by Andrew and when I asked for dates, he hung up on me. I called back and got Andrew and he stated that he e-mailed me after the curio cabinet had sat in my town for 2 days. I had already disregarded their customer service by this time and was fully communicating with Howard Miller Furniture Company because Furniturebuzz was so 'way out of touch'. All these actions took place after I had to refuse first shipment due to surprisingly excessive damage. I am suppose to receive my second shipment today. I hope I am pleasantly surprised.

    Don't shop here. I ordered a Kathy Ireland bar and dining table. The products finally arrived. When I opened it up , the glass for the bar was broken. The table top was severely damaged. I e mailed them, Jolene responded that since it was accepted, they would not do ANYTHING. The glass was a box inside a box and we would not see it was broken. I contacted the owner and they agreed to replace the glass in 6-8 weeks. I doubt it will ever come. As for the table top that has exposed particle board and it totally unusable, they said there is nothing they will do. What ever happened to customer service?

    I wanted to post my positive experience with this company since mostly negative things have been said here. I ordered a Powell desk and it was in excellent condition and arrived in a timely manner. I called Furniture Buzz prior to arrival because I was concerned with some of the ratings given and my concerns were laid to rest. I found the customer service above acceptable standards and felt very confident that I was dealing with a competent group. I would definitely order from them again.

    I am still waiting on my furniture. I placed an order and waited for about two weeks, while on the website my order was still processing. I called and they stated that my order was in the warehouse, and it should ship out the same week.. Still waiting....still processing....no e-mail, no communication.... Also, they want to charge you a $50.00 fee to have the delivery driver take it inside your door. It states that the driver travels alone, and you still may have to help him take it off of the truck. Ummmmm... I weigh about 110 pounds. How the heck do you expect me to help you unload furniture? Isn't this what a delivery driver is supposed to do? Shenanigans! I would not buy from them ever again! update: I finally got a tracking number after I called again, and it showed that my furniture was in my city, but they couldn't deliver it until next week! After all that, my husband just called them and told them he wanted to pick it up himself. I guess I'll have to pay him the $50 smackers to unload it. :)

    I have shopped with FurnitureBuzz many times over the years and I have never had a problem. Everything is always on time and in good condition. The furniture is packaged very well. They are also a lot cheaper than anyone else I can find and if they are not they will price match competitors. The customer service people are always very helpful. I will continue to buy from them and tell my friends.

    I placed two orders with Furniturebizz. Both came within the stated delivery time. Customers should be aware that delivery of large furniture items (unless you pay for white glove delivery) will be delivered to street side and you are responsible for getting the product inside the home.The dresser quality was okay but probably not worth the $840.00 I paid. The chair was only $70.00 but has a split in the seat and we are one month later still trying to get this replaced. With the quality of the furniture and the lack of slowness in resolving the damaged chair seat, I will not be ordering again from Furniturebizz.

    No complaints here! I was looking for a small kitchen table and chairs for my Mother. I shopped around and found the lowest prices at FurnitureBuzz.com. Price was $57 lower then anyone else, even those with so called "free shipping!" And... no sales tax! I Placed the order late at night on Saturday 2/7/2009 and received an immediate email with order confirmation. On Monday 2/9 I received another email confirmation, and on 2/10 I received an email confirming shippment, which included the FedEx tracking information. My order was delivered to my front porch on Thursday 2/12/2009. What more can you ask for?

    I bought an item that was listed as in stock and my credit card was changed immediately at the time of the order. Even a week later, the item was listed as in stock. Only after I asked repeatedly was I finally informed the item was actually on back order. I do not know if they are dishonest or just incompetent, but this is an outfit to be avoided!!!

    I ordered a 5 shelf cabinet 6/60/09 listed "in stock".They immediately deducted credit card funds. They emailed next day that delivery could take 21 days or longer (not stated on site at time of purchase). Repeated checks of order status between 7/1 and 7/15 stated my "in stock" order was being processed. Canceled the order on 7/15 via email and phone since the order was never processed. They verified cancellation of order via email but refuse to refund my $123.40 to my credit card. According to phone rep: " refund has to be approved by credit department". They still refuse to respond the continues requests. I have contacted the BBB regarding the issue.

    I'm surprised with the number of negative reviews posted here. I ordered a Sauder Home Theatre from FurnitureBuzz on 4/18. The website said to expect 7-15 business days to receive it. I received an email update every step of the way and I received my item, in great shape, in 14 business days. No complaints at all. On top of that the price was about 30% cheaper than I could find anywhere else.

    Ordered on-line "from their warehouse" on September 10th. Received merchandise on October 2nd. They did not have the product in stock as stated. They spent three more days before reshipping from the manufacturer.
