  I was a little apprehensive ordering from any on-line company. But when I called Direct Source, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a service support team in place for me after I ordered a copier. Through the whole transaction, they kept me informed and when I received the copier the day it was promised, the local service rep called me and in 24 hours, I was operational!
