I am quite impressed with IowaInk, considering they were not listed on ResellerRatings (prior to this post). IowaInk.com offered the lowest prices when comparing about 15 different printer ink companies. I purchased for 2 HP printers, both color cartridges and black. Ordering: Smooth. IowaInk uses Yahoo! order processing, so it is very simple to use (and familiar.) No complaints here. Email Notification / Tracking: I was sent a confirmation when my order was placed, and another when my order was processed. The order was shipped (according to the invoice), but the invoice did not include a tracking number. I wasn't too concerned about it though. (Tracking section of their website is useless if you don't have a tracking number) Delivery/Packaging/Merchandise: Delivered on time! Packaging was secure (styrofoam), and the ink Cartridges looked professional. One printer cartridge was slightly misaligned, and was not seated correctly in the printer. I applied a small amount of pressure, and the cartridges 'snapped' in place. Otherwise, the product performed as advertised! Overall, I am very impressed that IowaInk.com can save me SO much money, without a sacrifice of quality! I will order from them in the future. EDIT: Since my last review, I have purchased about 3 or 4 more times. The quality of the cartridges has greatly increased. They changed cartridge partners a few times until they found someone that produces high quality (yet still cheap) refurbished cartridges. I was impressed with the quick and honest replies via email to the company's owner (Bradley), and I feel very comfortable whenever I have had to place an order. They don't overcharge in shipping (and sometimes offer free shipping), which I am extremely happy about. Everything is always packed with care, and seems to get to me a few days earlier than expected. They even include a (postage paid) enevelope for returning your empty cartridges. How cool is that? I do like their 1 year guarantee on their cartridges too! For the past year, 100% of my inkjet cartridge purchases were from IowaInk. I will continue to purchase from IowaInk!
