  delivers on time. customer service is good. somewhat slow in issuing refund to credit card (took 2 weeks after receiving the returned merchandise and a couple phone calls). satisfied overall. will buy from them again.

  Everything went completely smoothly. I ordered a laser toner cartridge compatible with my 10 year old Epson 1500 printer. I made a typo in my zip code and they called the next day to check and fix it. The cartridge arrived within a week. I installed it and everything works fine.
