  I had a very good buying experience at Witbecks, but what impressed me was there frank honesty. I spoke at length with a salesman and after hearing my needs he told me the best range for me would be a Viking. At the end of our discussion I decided to place the order but the salesman told me he could not sell me Viking as I was outside of his region. It is not often that a store would put the good of the customer (the viking 30" range was the right one for me) ahead of their financial gain, but Witbecks did. I did order the rest of my appliances and a TV from them. Everything went as planned and everyone I talked to was helpful and considerate. I have already refered friends to Witbecks. They are very knowledgeable and put the customer first. Steve

  I ordered a GE Monogram fridge from Witbeck. They had one of the best prices online, and offered white glove delivery service at no extra cost (the delivery people had to negotiate 3 flight of stairs). The fridge was on back order, but ended up being delivered within 3 weeks (Witbeck shipped as soon as they received it). Once it arrived, I discovered that GE had omitted a few items from the box. When I called my rep at Witbeck, he got in touch with GE the same day, and within a few days, the parts arrived. I would definitely recommend them for high-end appliances (the free shipping is for orders over a certain amount) - with the savings on shipping and on sales tax, I saved over 15% over what I would have paid locally.

  My shopping experience with Witbeck was GREAT!! They where on top of things and very helpful. Customer service was good also. Someone was there to answer my call unless it was not business hours. We were building a new house, and they held my appliances for about 2 months for me. They kept in contact via e-mail and phone with me and let me know that the microwave was on back order. Matt and Jen were very very helpful in answering questions and making sure everything went great! They let me know that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of appliances. I actually had my appliances delivered in three separate shipments. AND GUESS WHAT NO SHIPPING CHARGES!! The GE monogram series was a lot cheaper there than anywhere locally in Louisiana. I would recommend them to anyone and would surely shop there again.

  Purchased an ASKO dishwasher. Great price and delivery fee very reasonable. Delivered price was significantly lower than any local retailer. Telephone and web customer service was great. I would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from Witbeck and have referred others to their site.

  The shopping experience at Witbecks Online Store was excellent. In addition to offering the best price I could find anywhere,they provided a number that I called. The person I talked with at Witbecks was Mr. Witbeck who was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me make the right decision on the purchase.   Hello, The produce, order accuracy and customer service were very good, but the delivery time frame was not good at all, I was told when I placed my order that it would take 2-4 weeks and it toke about 9 weeks. I had just moved into a new house and didn't have a refrigerator, so this was very hard on my family. Would I buy from this company again YES I would the price was very good.

  Received a phone call from a Witbeck sales person within 30 minutes of ordering my appliances. Not only did they confirm my order but also notified me of an additional discount that I would be receiving that was not shown on the web site! Not too many other online stores would do this.. Very impressive. Was notified immediately that one of my appliances was back ordered and notified of arrival date. They responded immediately to my questions via email, and were easily obtainable by phone. Even their delivery personnel were courteous and helpful! I would recommend Witbeck to everyone.

  Ordered my Bosch dishwasher, received an email the next day to confirm and a tracking number the day after. They were very knowledgeable about the different dishwashers and how they integrate with custom panels. Very pleasant and thorough. Received the dishwasher in less than a week after ordering it. Would order here again.

  I bought a dishwasher at Witbeck and had absolutely no problems at all with the whole experience. In fact I called them at one stage to check on some shipping details and the guy gave me more than that including information on some GE rebate deals that were currently in effect at that point. This saved me around $100 in rebates. The product was ordered and shipped quickly and arrived within 7 days.

  We just purchased a set of ASKO washer&dryer from Witbeck. Based on our experience,we will look to Witbeck first, the next time we are in need of any household appliance. We were quite impressed that the items were shipped across the country via airfreight at no additional charge, rather than regular freight. The shipping, order confirmation, ease of communication and reasonable prices were very satisfactory. An added plus for buyers from outside of Michgan is that no sales tax is assesed on on line orders.
