  Officefurniture.com is a class operation. I just purchased a office desk set from them. They had the best prices and shipping rates among several internet sellers. Pre-delivery communication was excellent and I was updated frequently by email. When the pieces arrived there was a problem with an electrical component of one of the desks that caused damage to one of my monitors. Officefurniture.com immediately refunded me the cost of the damaged item - even though the damage was not their fault (but more likely that of the manufacturer). They have also shipped me a replacement for the damaged piece at no cost. It is this type of customer service that makes loyal customers. Although I wish the problem had not occurred, Officefurniture.com went well beyond what I expected to fix the problem. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
