I made a sole purchase of a meccano set from this site and I am happy. I made rder on monday and received the product on friday of the same week via Parcel Post mail within Canada. The product was marked by the site as being "in-stock" and clearly it was. As a new user, I had some question and found the phone support to be great. The only beef I had was the order toook a few minutes to register in their database when I checked it based on the e-mails sent confirming the order. Also the e-mail slow was very slow, taking a few days before getting a reply but that was a mute point because my product had already arrived.
