    Very efficient order process, good customer support and using a very good shipping method - FedEx Express Saver. I placed my order on 8/9/04, Faxed in the Directv agreement on 8/10/04, order shipped on 8/10/04, I got a very pleasant surprise, received my order on 8/11/04. Great job!

    I recently purchased a Sony 7" portable DVD player - model DVPFX701. I made my purchase online. Within a day's time, I received a phone call to verify that I had made the purchase. I confirmed that I had, and was told that the item would be shipped immediately. Within a few days it arrived via Fed Express. The purchase price was 20% less than most other dealers. The product was brand new and carefully packaged. I am extremely pleased with its operation, as well as the manner in which Electronic Express does business. On this the basis of this (my first) buying experience, I recommend them highly.

    They accepted our order and took our credit card but never shipped the item nor informed us it was on back order. Instead they said they shipped it to their own stores, I will never use this site again.

    no problems, delivered as promised. i purchased a polk audio center channel speaker for a great price. they delivered within the week. this is the on-line store of a electronics retailer with numerous stores based in tenn. not some guy working out of his basement. the only thing they left to be desired was an online shipment tracker. but i called 1 800 number and they predicted shipment arrival and they were correct.

    Major Rip Off Artists. All Sales are final upon delivery. I bought a television from them. I researched their TVs on-line, then I went to the actual store to check out the clarity of the picture. I was surprised to find a TV that according to the description attached to the set, had all the features I wanted with a great price. What I actually received did not have all the features that were listed. In fact I found that other stores had the same model they sold me, for the same price or a little bit less than what they called their "sale price." I would have been willing to pay more to get the features I wanted, but now I am stuck with what they felt like foisting off on me. If this is the way they treat you when they meet you face to face and shake your hand, I can't even imagine ordering something from them on-line.

    Horrible experience. I ordered a portable DVD player that wouldn't hold a charge. Invoice says a Return Authorization number is required to return it, and returns must be made within 14 days of item receipt. I phoned on a Monday afternoon to get an RA# and was told "the guy who does those isn't here today. Can you call back tomorrow?" I insisted that wasn't acceptable and got transferred to "the guy's" assistant, who assured me they would call back with a number the following day. She also said the return policy would be extended - she would mark my file to note the day I called. Next day - no return phone call. I called again, and got a representative who told me he had to SNAIL MAIL me the RA number, and assured me my 14-day return period didn't start until today. We'll see, but I have already gotten too many conflicting stories from the staff.

    Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a Cuisinart CBK200 bread maker for my wife birthday 13 days in advanced. It did not ship out till 9 days after. No communication from the company on any credit card hold up. I had to call in to find out that because the name was different, it was on hold. (It's the SAME address....) The customer rep said he will call me back to let me know what's going on. No call back. Call back again 3 days later and FINALLY found out that 9 days after, it's in the warehouse being shipped. If you don't want to deal with a company that you to chase around to get your product, then STAY FAR AWAY.
