On 9/13/05 we have order three prints. On 9/27/05 we have received the order and were shocked to discover that the items shipped were completely different then what we have ordered. The prints exhibited large ~3-4” white border all the way around whereas ART.COM webpage clearly displayed artwork edge-to-edge. The same day we contacted the company via email and attached pictures from the Web Site and pictures of the shipped items requesting replacement. The response that came two days later indicated that we’re covered by 100% satisfaction policy and we can return for a refund, but… we have to pay for the shipping costs both ways ~$140 out of $360 total purchase. We have called leaving a voice mail as well as emailed again asking the company to fix their own error without us having to pay for their mistake. Its 9/1/05 and we haven’t received any response back. The quality of their mounting board deserves a separate “praise”. What they call a “frame mount” is actually mounted on a ¼ inch board that looks flimsy and very cheap. We would never buy from these crooks again!

I started ordering from Art.com when I went to college in 2000. They were great then, they're better now. I've been able to find everything I've been looking for, and so far the only problem I had was on one order, due to a carrier mixup. Their customer service called me before I was aware anything was wrong, and was already working proactively to fix it.. I love being able to order the framed prints I need right at my own computer, it doesn't get much more convenient than that.

I have been very pleased with Art.com's service, their huge selection, and superior quality of prints and frames. Art.com mailed my initial order to the wrong address...when I contacted them, they immediately resent my order~and included an extra framed print. In subsequent orders, shipping has been very fast and I have received my items within 5 days of placing my order. Art.com's website is user friendly and excellent. It allows you to "virtually frame" and mat the prints you are interested in. Art.com has a very large selection of frames to suit your taste and your budget. You can even see what a particular frame and matted print would look against your wall color. I found this feature immensely helpful, and the framed print I received was accurately depicted by the online picture. Art.com's prices are reasonable, they offer assorted sizes of prints to choose from. The prints I have ordered have been so beautiful, and the customer service 5 Star. I highly recommend.
