Rating: 1/5poor, very, very poor. The item I chose was sent to me with a two-week delay. I am very angry and disappointed. I called securemart.com several times and they had always an excuse for the delay. They were promising me a fast shipment but they regularly failed to maintain their promise.

Rating: 1/5I ordered a ATI Radeon X600Pro PCIE16 256MB DDR Video card on 01/01/2005. It was listed as IN STOCK. The Order Status was Received 01/01/2005 15:12 and being processed. Seven days later I checked the order status, there was NO change in the information. The site lists 24/48 hour Response time. Another two days pass and I check again. Still NO change in status so I call them at MY expense, they have NO toll free number. They inform me now that the product is out of stock. I'll give them a few more days to make good on their promise to deliver or I'll cancel the order. It depends on them. I am very unhappy with the run around I have been getting. I do thousands of dollars worth of online computer shopping for computer components and this is the 1st time I have had such a terrible experience. If they don't come through on their promises soon I'll go back to my tried and true suppliers. Jweit

Rating: 1/5BEWARE - The stock status is not real time information. They can be completely out of stock and still show it as in stock. They cannot tell you when an out of stock item will ship. Also they do not contact you if your items are delayed and become irritated when asked why they were not shipped. I recommend calling them every day to be sure they are processing your order. Very poor customer service.

Rating: 4/5I ordered z-5500 logitech speakers at midnight of Thursday. I got it on Wednesday. It's great. Everything is in a good condition. The service is good. If they have a shipping on Saturday, it would be perfect because I could have got it faster. Furthermore, I give 4 out of 5 points on their services. Thanks, Securemart.

Rating: 1/5Ordered a two xmas presents on 11/17/04 and told that I would receive shipping confirmation in 24-48 hours. Waited until 11/28/04 to send an email for status. Finally on 12/2/04 I called and talked to a customer service rep to check status and was told that my order had been cancelled due to being out of stock and that they had been "too busy" to let me know.

Rating: 5/5I ordered a NEC Diamond Pro 930sb Monitor on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday, I happen to live in Texas and one of Securemart's distribution centers is in the Dallas area so FedEx free grnd shipping worked well. The Monitor was delivered 1 hour before I received an email with the tracking #. I would recommend Securemart.com without hesitation.

Rating: 1/5Called 3 three separate times(days)to verify credit card payment had gone through after ordering. Was told Items shipped so payment went OK. Item's were received. 2 Months later they called telling me that payment had NOT gone through and the Customer Service Manager treated me like a deadbeat in following e-mails while I was checking my bills to find out what happened. No More for me thanks.

Rating: 5/5Well, I have to say that talking to actual people now days about your order (who live in this country, not India or Malasia) is getting rarer - BUT!! - Securemart and especially Terry, were absolutely great in helping me thru a bank glitz on an order for a Canon Scanner. Terry was so totally professional, that I decided to upgrade my original order to a more expensive Canon Scanner - which they had the best price of anybody else in the galaxy - and the shipping was included for free, so what a deal!! Very highly recommended, friendly, smart - check them out, and please ignore any negative feedback from moronic customers who can't get their feeces together. I will definately shop there again, and soon. Munroe

These guys won't ship to a UPS Store since they think it will be broken when I pick it up. The UPS store people are pros at receiving and inspecting packages. They tried to tell me it was Ingram and Tech Data's policy but that is total BS. Don't shop with these rigid jerks. Hello competitors. UPDATE - Feb 13...got it from Buy.com with 3 day delivery and free shipping.
