After placing my order, they were out of 1 of the items I had ordered and instead of just sending me something that they thought I would like as a replacement, they actually called and asked me about it before shipping.

Rating: 2/5My order for a running stroller was never placed with Baby Jogger until I called one week later requesting an expected delivery date. Somehow, their sales rep was no longer there to place the order. I'm not sure exactly how no one knew that. Amazingly enough, even though the order was never placed, my credit card was charged. However, they did call Baby Jogger to find out if they could still place an order, which they could, and placed an order immediately. So, I did receive my stroller, albeit over a week later than originally expected.

Rating: 5/5Ordered via phone. Felt very secure since I was talking to the president of the company himself! Shipping to Canada: quick (within 7 days), hassle-free. Customer service is A1! Personalised, polite and efficient. Best of all - they welcome Canadian orders and the President himself assures me that their website will be accepting Canadian orders very soon. Package arrived at my doorstep, in perfect shape.

Rating: 5/5I have to admit, when I was looking for a stroller for my son, I wanted to get a high quality one without declaring bankrupt to my credit. I was going over the reviews, and Runnersgear.com had 5 stars from everyone that bought merchandise from them. I saw letters that said "quick, great service,etc.!!!" At the time they had 7 people with nothing but good, which I was a little leary because usually companies that sell for cheaper, there's a reason for it. Usually it means: Lousy service, they're out of stock(when they tell you it's in stock) and difficult to contact, rude customer service, and what not. So, I took a gamble, rolled the dices, and prayed for triple 7's. And, I got it! 777! I would buy from them again, and would recommend anyone who wanted to buy a Schwinn's SC200 stroller to buy it from them, if they can wait 1 week. That's how long it took. Rating: 5/5At 83 I don't do much running but talk long walks and needed insoles per my physical therapists suggestion. I found the ones she suggested at Runnersgear and they arrived at my home the day after I ordered them which was quite a pleasant surprise. This was only my second on line purchase and it was very easy. I will recommend them to my mall-walking buddies.

Rating: 5/5I bought an InStep double jogging stroller. The stroller is great but what stands out about this company is their customer service!!! I had a minor issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I researched for days to find the best price on my stroller and they were it. This combination of value and service is rare these days.
