    I having been trying to get a refund from the Puma online store for over six weeks for a shoe order I returned. If they can't process refunds more quickly than that, they shouldn't be doing business online. I won't order from Puma again. Order at your own risk.

    i like the puma brand shoe as are most people, but they ordering experience can be slightly trying. yeah, puma's image plays into the layout of web site and tiny hip icons abound everywhere, but the amount of surfing i had to do to look at the line up of products as a whole was tiring. also, if you need a different size or wish a refund, prepare to wait. but this is standard i think when shopping online but what is not standard is having to pay shipping when puma says all you need to do is put it (the product) back in the mail and affix the refund label. not the case as the postal service requires a stamp to use its service of course. and in my case, rather than a different size, i got a refund. not what i asked for. in the end, great product, cool website design but poor functionality, and typical corporate customer service.

    I purchased a bag that cost around $100 at the start of July via puma.com's website. Through no fault of my own, their website created a duplicate order. I didn't receive any email confirmation of this duplicate --I found out about it when a second package arrived at my house and my credit card was charged again for the full purchase price. I thought that it wouldn't be a big deal, as companies make mistakes too. I'll just send it back. That's when my difficulties began. For starters, there is no customer service telephone number listed on their website, only a web-based form. If you have a problem with an order, you will not be able to immediately speak to a real person. I used the form, and a few days later finally received a response with RMA information. I told them what happened and quite reasonably requested that they refund me the cost of shipping. Don't get me wrong, I would normally eat the cost of a return without complaint, but the shipping was a rather high $26 and after all.. it was their mistake! All I got in response was form letter response with: "We apologize in advance that shipping fees are non-refundable." Looks like I would be subsidizing the cost of their errors. Regardless, I sent the package back and received confirmation that it arrived on July 19th. I waited a full 6 weeks for a refund to show up on my credit card for the $100 cost of the duplicate order. Their website states that a refund will occur within 4-6 business weeks. It didn't. I called, spoke to someone, and was told that they would find out what happened to the package and call me back within a day or two. So I waited a week, and nothing. I made a second call the following week. I was told that they couldn't resolve my issue over the phone, they would have "call me back" after "talking to the warehouse." I was promised by the customer sales rep that they would prompty resolve my problem and call me back personally. I was a little irate that I was getting the same response, but decided I had no choice. A week later? No response yet again! I waited another week, just in case the refund showed up. I called a third time, was promised the refund was put through, and fortunately, finally, it showed up within the week. It took them until the end of September to correct an error they made at the start of July. In the end, I was out $26 and a considerable amount of time and effort. I recommend everyone avoid their site. Buy from a puma reseller or a physical store. While my problem was eventually resolved, you run the risk of encountering the same level of unprofessionalism and hassle if (god forbid) you have a problem with your order.
