Rating: 1/5This was one of the worst shopping experiences, Internet or otherwise, that I have experienced. Order placed on Dec. 6. I started calling Dec 15, as we had heard nothing, although they hit up the credit card immediately. Our customer was getting impatient. I called and e-mailed repeatedly, for days. Finally, I had a human pick-up the line, after calling a dozen or so times on Dec. 19 & 20. I asked for a refund so that I could take our business elsewhere. We'll see if we actually book the credit on the charge card. I will NEVER shop on this web-site again. Made me wonder if the positive reviews were self-ratings. They said that they had moved the warehouse, couldn't find the order & couldn't contact their vendor. ugh!!!

Rating: 1/5first drive shipped was non-functional, returned w RMA took 2 weeks to ship replacement. That was DVD not CDRW drive, after 2 days checking they could not locate a replacment, offered refund but no offer to cover TWO return shipments. WOULD NOT do business again.

Rating: 1/5I ordered some eraser head mouse replacements from them, and when they arrived they were the wrong size. First of all, this product was on the accessories page for my laptop model, so that implies that they are compatible with my laptop. Wrong. Second, they were $39.99 for 5 eraser heads. Crazy! I thought that was the going rate, but after I checked the IBM website, they sell a pack of 6 for $9.99. Oh well, it's my fault for not doing enough research before ordering...

Rating: 1/5I placed an order on 11/30 for a laptop battery and was charged right away. I was told that an e-mail would be coming soon with my shipping number. By December 2, I still hadn't gotten a number, so I e-mailed sales@priorityelectronics.com and got no reply. On December 4, I e-mailed them again because I still hadn't heard anything and I still got no reply. So I called them on December 5 and was told that my battery had been on back order but it would be shipping soon with a free upgrade to 2nd day shipping and I'd get an e-mail with a shipping number. On December 13, 2 weeks after placing the order, I had no battery and no shipping number and I was still missing $50 from my bank account. I called them again and was told by another operator that "there was some confusion on the part order so it had been held up." Today was Wednesday and they couldn't promise that I'd have it my the end of the week, 16 days after placing my order. I canceled the order, but we'll see how quickly I get my money back.

Rating: 5/5Ordered a laptop keyboard on Oct 13, 2004, received it on Oct 15, 2004 and was working with it that same evening. This is outstanding service. Their website is accurate and very informative. Clearly they put a lot of care, thought and hard work into their business. Their prices are also very fair.

Rating: 1/5I bought computer ac adaptor for thoshiba PA3237U-1ACA , which advertising said, it is not OEM , and after i received product, it is OEM. They even have bed customer service, never respose e-mail question. strong suggetion to not buy from this site. not a trusted store at all.../..

Rating: 5/5I quickly found the ac adapter I was needing for my Compaq laptop computer and at a price that was lower than most. I received an email confirming my order and then an email confirming shipment as well as a tracking number so that I could keep track of the order. Within 3 days of ordering the part it was delivered, exactly what I ordered and in perfect working condition. I would definitely recommend Priority Electronics to my friends.

Rating: 1/5I ordered a part from this company and received the wrong part in a mislabeled package and they have not responded to my emails. I have cancelled payment and would never order from them again - "priority" is a misnomer in their name!Customer service is far beyond their grasp!

Rating: 1/5Possibly the worst customer service on the planet. I place an order for two items, and was charged for both. I only received half of my order! I called customer service and left a message on their "answering machine", as well as sent them an email asking where the other item was. Three days later they responded with an email saying that the product was out of stock.( the site still says they are "in stock & ready to ship today") The the product I did receive was DOA(ipod). Being totally disgusted I did not want an exchange so I requested a return authorization... that took 8 days. Now I am being charged a $23 "restocking fee" plus paying shipping both ways. I emailed "Customer Service" to ask why I was being charged for them to "restock" a DOA product. I received a rather rude letter explaining that they had to charge that, to cover shipping it back to the mfg. , paperwork etc??? I thought that was called the "cost of doing business". After reading the reviews here and elsewhere it appears they are making a nice living just off of restocking fees on damaged merchandise. Buyer beware!

Rating: 1/5Part II: 'Priority Electronics' apparently also does business as 'Priority Laptops' and 'Priority Batteries'...having found the same part on the same search with (seemingly) different sites, I tried to place an order by phone for the part which the Web site and the phone operator assured would be delivered in two days. Upon further questioning, he did reveal that 'the part is out of stock, and we don't know when we'll get it.' --Bear in mind: This was after having taken the order, the credit card information (which is surely still floating around in their system), and telling me that I'd have the part the day after tomorrow. There is something seriously wrong with this 'company'. Ordering went smoothly--I requested overnight delivery. Credit card charged. Next day, got confirmation e-mail saying product would be shipped and received on schedule. Next day, no e-mail or product. Called, put on hold. Snotty representative informed me that 'we're out of stock'; that 'my credit card would be credited', and 'if I wanted, I could get a confirmation e-mail'.

Ordered a combo CD-R/W Floppy drive unit for my Dell Inspiron 7000 from Priority. The unit is advertised on their website as a complete package (floppy drive, CD R/W, and front bezel)ready to insert into the laptop. What I was shipped was just the CD-R/W portion of the unit; just the bare bones chassis with nothing else. I got an RMA and sent it back. 21 days later I got what should have been the correct part back from Priority. Guess what? They again shipped the same bare bones chassis! Again an RMA number, UPS pre-paid shipping label and a second trip to the UPS Store to ship it back to them. This time I also cancelled my order and put their $104.96 charge to my credit card in dispute. I had no confidence in their ability to provide me with the right part the third time and wasn't about to continue with this pathetic performance. Although I must admit that the Returns person I spoke with both times was a nice guy, evidently someone in the warehouse picking out parts for shipping is totally incompetent. Their office/warehouse is only 20 miles from my home here in So. California and it took them 21 days to go through these two screwed up iterations of ship/return/ship. I won't do business with them again and would warn others to beware.
