Rating: 2/5A positive past experience ordering through Allergy Buyers Club lead me to try them again. This time however my experience was far less satisfactory. The email confirmation had a link which was inactive. Calls to the main number were endlessly transferred. Finally I was told my info was not yet in the "system" -- though this hardly explained why I was sent an email with a dud link. I never received a tracking number or confirmation that my order had shipped. Again, after calling the number I was given a tracking number. My report at the break down of email confirmations etc. was once again met with a lame excuse. In short, the entire automated process has broken down significantly. I will never use this site again.

Rating: 5/5I truly enjoyed my shopping experience from Allergy Buyer's club. It was my first time shopping on the site. The detailed product reviews provided great product information which allowed me to pick the products that were right for me. The prices were also very competitive with other sites. I have no complaints. I even had to return one item due to a manufacturer's problem (the item was defective, not the fault of Allergy Buyer's club). The return process was very easy and Customer Service was outstanding. I got my replacement item very quickly and its working great.

Rating: 5/5I suffer from seasonal allergies and am allergic to dust. This site has provided me with tons of useful info on dealing with my allergies and has earned my loyalty. Don't just go there to buy stuff - you can learn a lot from their articles and advice. Further, I really like the way they review and rate products with a star system -- and find they have a great selection of stuff. I have bought three humidifiers, two dehumidifiers, a comforter, some sheets, and a sinus irrigator from them over the past few years. The order confirmation emails and shipping status emails used to be crude but are now first rate and up to the standards of the best internet retailers. I have called customer service once and got a knowledgeable person pretty quickly. They only have people on duty during regular biz hours which is inconvenient (maybe this has changed since last phone call). I have not had to return anything but the package includes detailed instructions for returns. As a person who buys almost everything except gas and groceries over the web, I rate this site as excellent.

Rating: 1/5I bought a Austen HEPA air filter for $400 + $20 shipping upon the recommendation of one of their telephone sales people. I returned the item unopened and paid $11 to have UPS pick it from my home and deliver it to them. They refunded only $390 of my $420 and kept $30. I bought a Freidrich air cleaner from another store after seeing it highly rated in Consumer Reports. Previously I bought a dehumidifier from Allergy Buyers Club and they misrepresented the availability. I waited several humid week before the unit arrived while they "yessed me to death " on the phone.

Rating: 1/5Buyer beware - The Allergy Buyer's Club has a very strict return policy. You can't return anything without their approval; the 30 day guarantee is misleading, because it doesn't apply to bedding. The (very expensive) pillow I received has a strong odor, despite being described as having "little or no odor." I will not purchase from them again.

Fast would buy from again A++++. I asked Resellerratings to add them cuz I was looking for a vac and there weren't any co with good ratings with a nice webpage. IMO if a company doesn't take the time to have a good webpage they may not take the time to give good service either
