Rating: 1/5If you want to get your contact within 2 months, I suggest you buy them elsewhere. I ordered my contacts over a month ago and I am still waiting for them to arrive, although they were listed as 'in stock'. For 3 weeks, the status showed as 'in process'. The order supposedly shipped over a week ago, but I'm still waiting although shipping only supposedly takes 4-7 days. I have tried calling them multiple times and have had 1/2 hour hold times without anyone answering, so I gave up.

Rating: 4/5I have ordered from this company a few times already and am reasonably pleased with them. They have the lowest prices I can find. They respond to e-mails pretty quickly (Usually within 1 business day). They sometimes take a day or two to verify the prescription and actually ship the lenses. This usually isn't a big deal, but if you need your lenses ASAP they may not ship your lenses the same day you order them (at least I have never had them do that). When you order, they create you an account that you can use in the future, however it assigns you a weird username (something like a1337598) which I always forget. They have an easy to use username and password retriever though. I think they have a re-stocking fee, so make sure you order the correct lenses. Other then that, I recommend them. As mentioned earlier, they have great prices, good service and you get your order as expected. I like using them when there is no rush to get them and I know exactly what I need.

Rating: 1/5We ordered four boxes Focus Night & Day contacts on the web site on 12/16/06. The site stated (and still does) "Currently 100% of Parameters are IN STOCK." Our credit card was charged on 12/18. As of today we find that "[2006-12-26] -> Order is processing. Custom or toric lenses were ordered from the manufacturer on 2006-12-19. Waiting for lenses to arrive."

Rating: 1/5They offer free shipping on orders of over $99. Instead of changing for shipping they add hidden "handeling" charges. I will go back to my previous provider.

Rating: 5/5I read the reviews before making my first purchase from lensdicounters and was somewhat wary. However, the trial pair of lenses still had a couple of weeks left on them, and the price was right, so I went ahead and ordered on Monday. I received the order on Saturday, so I still have another week to go before changing out my lenses. The discount at lensdiscounters is great--it's $10/box less than my local Costco, which is priced about the same as another online supplier I've used in the past. There was a bit of a date discrepancy between my receipt and my packing slip (the packing slip thinks I ordered 18 hours after I really did, and shipped a day before I got confirmation) but either way, excellent delivery speed. The box shipping box is small--I'm used to humungous Amazon boxes, which tend to be twice as big as necessary for the items inside--excellent! The four lens boxes inside (CooperVision biofinity) all appear to be factory sealed.

Rating: 1/5No, No, No, turn around now if you plan on ordering from this company!!! It's not too late for you!!! My order was not shipped until 10 days after my 'script' was verified. I ordered Natural Touch, Willow Green. The lenses weren't even close to being the same color green. The outlining of the lens were different also, one was thicker and darker. I should know how these lenses are because I have been wearing them for over 12 years. When I called to return them and get a refund they charged me a 14% restocking fee. Pay a little bit more from somewhere else and don't go through the trouble.

Rating: 3/5I ordered my contacts 9 days ago, and finally I received an email notifying me that they shipped out today. The order was "verified" a week ago, which I'm assuming means that the prescription checked out with my doctor then. So for a week, what have they been doing?

Rating: 5/5
Purchased a few boxes of contact lenses from them. This was my third order. Order processing time was about 1 business day. Shipment was via USPS priority mail, and it took about 2 days to arrive. So overall I was pretty damn pleased with the process. Cost was about $15 per box less than I was paying locally, with shipping being $3.95. I previously scanned my written prescription in and emailed it to them. The first order I placed took an additional day or two to be processed, but subsequent orders have been processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Generally I receive an email with a shipment notification promptly, which I appreciate. I'd shop here again.
