  Ordered GPS handheld for Christmas gifts. J and H Products did not contact me or have the courtesy to inform me that the product was out-of-stock until Dec. 26th. Lousy customer service. Completely unsatisfied. They do not even list a phone number. Only communiction is by email or fax.
