    My purchased products were on backorder in December. I GREATLY appreciate that there were multiple reminders that the product may not arrive in time for Christmas as well as informing me of an estimated time that Base Gear anticipated they could mail me the products. Their ETA for delivery was correct, and the communications continued to let me know that it was shipped, along with a tracking number. I highly recommend Base Gear!!

    This company is very good. Their site is easy to navigate and has a good search engine. I found what I was looking for, at a great price (Pulsar II keychain flashlights). They ship by USPS and so there is a flat rate of $4.95 up to a certain weight, which my 3 flashlights did not exceed. The package came in a timely fashion (as good as USPS can be) and so they must have shipped it quickly.
