Rating: 5/5Very Good. All I have to say is they met all of my needs. They gave me the customer service I needed, and also worked with me on a great deal. Yes I will shop here in the future.

Rating: 1/5I ordered an in-stock replacement power supply which wasn't shipped for 8 days. When I called, the CS Rep was rude and started making excuses before he even asked for an order number. I then sent a complaint email which was never acknowledged. I would NEVER give this company either an order or a referral.

Rating: 5/5I recently purchased a conference system from Tony at Instrumentpro and would definitely go back to them in the future. Their service is 10 times better than any other company that i have shopped with online and Tony was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for everything

Rating: 5/5I found the piano I was looking for at the best possible price. They gave me an Instant rebate right over the phone. It was like an instant discount. The customer service was very helpful in comparing preoducts for me. I had so many questions and they answered all of them for me. Instrumentpro.com is great!!

Rating: 5/5I was particularly delighted with the speed and courteousness with which I was served by intrumentpro. I played my order by phone and it only took minutes. They matched the price of a competing vendor, and my item arrived so fast I was amazed. Definitely recommended.

Rating: 4/5I received my digital piano damaged (not adequately packed...had been opened and repacked). I called and got info. for returning it. They shipped a replacement immediately (as soon as I had the first piano en route back to them). They provided UPS tracking info. and I even received a followup phone call. The second piano was factory sealed. They worked hard to make me satisfied. I would buy from them again, but I'd be careful about buying a digital piano, because the risk for shipping damage is great.

Rating: 5/5Instrumentpro is typically leading with one of the lowest prices, delivers quickly (no delays), and customer service has not been an issue. What more do you need from an e-tailer music dealer? I will continue to shop with Instrumentpro, given my positive experiences.

Buyer beware! Non-existent customer service. Ordered an iPod Nano 4GB on December 20, 2005. Received confirmation of order, credit card was debited. No follow-up message of any type to indicate order status or order tracking in 9 nine days. No response to email requests for order or inventory status. No response to voice mail requesting the same. On the 10th day after placing the order I was able to speak to a person at the 1-800 number and was informed that they had none in stock and the manufacturer would no be shipping until the end of January. Instrumentpro does not allow cancellation of orders over the phone and I was directed back to their site to fill out a cancellation form. Completed form, no credit yet to my credit card. At this point I don't have much faith that I'll see the $258.00. If you're looking for confidence in your purchase, order from a known company with a positive reputation. I ordered from Apple the day I sent the Instrumentpro cancellation and have received 6 messages updating the status of the order, the last one indicating that it had been shipped from the manufacturer in Shenzen, China and received in Anchorage, Alaska. The end result of ordering from a real company and the Instrumentpro store front is customer confidence, an actual product for your money and a lower cost for the item: $249.00 with personal engaving and free shipping from Apple versus $258.00 apparently lost to Instrumentpro and zero confidence.
