  iHerb is now known as PapaNature and they have switched from using Yahoo's shopping cart to their own. It's slower and bugs need to be worked out fast before I lose more hair. My last order took almost 2 hours to submit excluding the multiple times I tried entering my order in the shopping cart. International customers no longer enjoy flat rate shipping so the cost of shipping needs to be factored in. The product range in stock is impressive and currently offsets my frustration with the buggy cart and higher shipping cost. Shop wisely and there will be bargains to be had. There are other stores with lower priced products so take advantage of their offer to match lower prices.

  I live in a small town, so I order a lot of stuff on the Internet. The first place I look for anything to do with health or nutrition is iHerb.com. They always have the best prices--by far--and budget shipping arrives exactly two days after I place the order. Other sites are still processing the order after two days! I hope they expand their business to other product lines, because iHerb is the best online retailer I would ever hope for.

  I have purchased some herbal products by online from i-herb.I have seen that they shipped out my products in their website.But there isn't any DHL tracking number.I have send out e-mail about that problem.But they have never replied about it( 1 week later)and ,I haven't received my products.I haven't seen so bad company and customer care until now.I recommend that one should not purchase any product this i-herb company .
