This seems to be in very fine shape. Published by the Empire Stamp Galleries, New York, N.Y. Looks like it was to go in a three-ring binder. Paper is sort of card stock, or maybe just heavy paper. Has descriptions of hundreds of stamps. Nothing is marked and no stamps are in the book.

During the late 1980s I collected Federal Duck Stamps. They are on album pages published by White Ace, titled: MIGRATORY-BIRD Hunting Stamp Album. I have all 1934 through 1986. They are used and most have names signed on the face. The complete album has many extras FDSA001 - $450
