I was please to do business with this company.  I found a unique patio furniture set at a great price.  It was delivered when they said it would be delivered.  I received excellent customer service...asked a question and received a prompt, individualized answer from a real person.   There's no need to call however since you can track your order online.  You cannot beat their prices once you add other companies' shipping prices.

I would not shop here again. I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and was told it would be here within 7-10 days. I have repeatedly called and e-mailed them and have gotten no response from them. I have no idea what is going on with my furniture. I don't know if it is on backorder or what. They have very poor customer service. All you get a hold of at their customer service center is a bunch of answering machines. Even the 0 for the operator has one. I can't believe my experience with this place. How are they even in business?

Very, very pleased. I saw a dinette that I liked. I was very afraid to order something that I have never seen over the Internet. Pictures are very good, the items looks exactly the way they show it in the picture. I was worried about the glass top braking, however, it all came in one piece. Nothing broken, nothing missing. They called me and told me that the item has shipped and 2 days later I received a phone call from delivery company who made sure I will be home to receive the shipment. Assembly took a while, since I have never done it before, but my husband and I mastered it together. No missing bolts, screws. Perfect. I could not be any happier. I will order from this company again.

I called customer service at One Way Furniture and spoke to a customer service representative as well as a manager and they REFUSED to match the price as it states on One Way Furniture's website. Thank goodness I read these reviews before placing any orders with this company! They are truly DECEPTIVE!! In the left margin of their website, they post icons for bizrate and BBBonline reliability program, as though they are rated. If you try to click the icons, you will discover that they are not links b/c this company was never rated or approved by any of those reputable services (same for their "Internet Retailer Top 400 Retailer link). Why? B/c they simply copied and pasted the icons from another site. (Usually the icons link to the BBBonline or others' official endorsements and rankings.) What a scam!

The products arrived on time or ahead of the expected time as I ordered 3 items (two couches and a bar). The BIG issue is that I was told it would be "white glove" delivery but when the delivery company arrived they were horrible and told me it was not marked as such. Oneway get back to me after about 48hrs and said they would credit me if I would take the delivery as is. I did take it but it was a pain in the long run. Also I was to receive 8 free bass shakers but I only got 4 of them.

Placed an order and within an hour of the order sent a message to them through their contact form about a potential change to the order. Never heard back. Also called and left messages repeatedly (no one ever answers the phone there) and never a call back. Finally did a WHOIS on their website and got the email for the person that registered the domain name and sent an email to him. He responded quickly and said he would escalate my desire to speak with someone to the operations manager. Still no callback.

I am 120% DISSATISFIED with their service. I have called and e-mailed numerous times with no response. Their "Customer Service" department is non-existent!!! Their customer service skills are unacceptable!!! I do not want to give my business to such an inept company. I am no longer willing to conduct business with them!!! Received $689 leather rocker/recliner and the platform was damaged. They sent the platform but we had to arrange to get someone to repair it. One Way only offered a $75 refund to which I finally agreed to accept. I was told that I would receive the refund on my credit card within 7-10 business days. Its now been 2.5 weeks and no refund. Called the credit card to dispute the $75 and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After all the frustration and the disappointment (as this was a Christmas gift for my husband) I feel that $75 is meager to what I should get as compensation. Needless to say, I would never recommend purchasing from this merchant.

Very Displeased with Custome Service!! Actually, their "Customer Service" department is almost non-existant. It was impossible to get any one on the phone. I always got voicemail when I called. Company unwilling to help when they made a mistake!! I have never worked with such an inept company in my life. I will never do business with them again!! I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know.


After many hours of searching the web for the best price on a dining set, we discovered this site. While they had the lowest price on the table, they were high on the matching chairs. When we contacted them, they matched the lower price we had found on the chairs. While they missed the shipping date by 5 days, the merchandise arrived in excellent condition. However, we were missing one set of chairs. When we called customer service (no problem reaching a live person right away), they immediately contacted the manufacturer, and the other set of chairs was delivered five days later. Assembling the table and chairs was very easy. We buy only solid wood furniture (no laminate or pressed wood), and the quality of the wood was excellent. Given the excellent service we received, and the fact that we were able to save almost $400, we would not hesitate to order from this company again.


This store advertises heavily that is has a "90 day Price Match Guarantee". On one page it simply states that it will match any price "found on-line", in another it has a link for more info and it then gives the fine print details. It excludes just about every store both on-line and off. I found the identical item on-line at JC Penney for $100 less before the delivery even arrived. Since I bought 3 of these this adds up to a condsiderable amount difference. The customer service department and it's supervisor were very unprofessional in trying to help in any way. I was told that if I sent them back I would be charged a 15% restocking fee and round trip delivery charges to boot.

received swivel bar stools and had to assemble making low price not worth it. Noticed metal used was EXTREMELY thin for this type of product. Within 2 months stools began to fail - 1 swivel unit on 24" stool became wobbly; 2 of 4 29" stools collapsed when someone sat on them; other 2 29" stools had cracks in metal at welds. Called compand twice and left message and no one ever returned call. I welded stools to repair and even welded add'l. bracing on them but thin metal couldn't take normal use and stools are COLLAPSING again. I will never buy from them again and would discourage anyone else from doing so. Walmart sells better quality stools already assembled at a similar price!
