I placed an on line order with 4InkJets and I received my order within 3 days of ordering. The 3 InkJets arrived well packaged and they were the correct cartridges. I will shop with this merchant again, there is nothing better than easy ordering, quick shipping and especially receiving the correct product undamaged. |

Delivery speed and order accuracy were fine. Customer service was ok, but not very friendly. The product was absolutely substandard, the cartridges all leaked. I returned the entire order. I would never use this company again and am now gun-shy about remanufactured cartridges in general. |

I have been a regular customer. I had an order of toner that had 3 out of box failures and 2 toner cartridges actually broke loose in 2 printers and ruined the printers. 4InkJets told me their policy is to not be responsible for what their defective products do. Last time I purchase with them!!! |

The delivery time was excellent. The product was correct. I have not yet attempted to contact customer service. I ordered a laser toner cartridge. It arrived having spilled the laser toner out of the cartridge making it impossible to handle without getting it all over everything. I have not yet attempted to see if it can be cleaned off and used. I will probably keep it and attempt to clean it off, only because that may be easier to do than trying to return it. There is no possible way I would order anything else from this outfit or recommend them. |

Best prices around. Their generic ink looks as good on paper as its price tag does online. Lighting fast shipping that's free if you spent fifty bucks! You will not beat them, trust me, I stayed up all night looking and it was worth it to find them. I will order a lot more from 4inkjets.com And customer service doesn't get any better either by the way, they answer the phone on the first couple of rings! Keep it up guys! |

I ordered their bulk Canon kit and am very SATISFIED. I made the order on Sunday night and received it on Wednesday. So far I have only used only one black cartridge and it is working fine. I cannot see buying from anyone else even though I have found even cheaper ink, the reviews I have found on those sites were quite negative unlike 4inkjets. The bulk prices are so cheap that I will probably stop going through the trouble of refilling the cartridges. |

They provided the ink at a great price with extremely fast service. Came packed well and sooner than expected. The budget ink seems to work so far, but misses lines at low quality (fixed by upping the printing quality). This isn't really their problem, however, as I could have bought the normal, certified ink, but I chose to save some money.
Very easy to use and good e-mails.
Will order ink from them again. |

I bought 4 ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma 5000. The ink spilled inside the printer after using it for a couple of weeks!!!! The ink they sell does not even compare to real canon ink!!! Do your self a favor and buy at known dealers. Also look in the internet for information about the dangers of using cheap ink. |

I ordered a combo package of a Color inkjet refill kit and Black inkjet refill kit for my Lexmark X83 printer. It cost $23, and I got $5 off using a discount code. The products arived within 3 business days, and worked very well. Refilling was easy, and the quality seems very good. I saved about $50 over the price of new cartridges! My only negative comment is that they used USPS to ship the package, which doesn't allow order tracking. Beyond that, I've had an excellent experience and will definately order again. |

I was looking forward to a long term relationship with 4inkjets.com. When we find a good website we stick with it for all of our purchases, even if they are a little more expensive than others.
Unfortunately, I was very dissappointed by the level of service received. I was given a tracking number to track my order via usps and for 2 days it showed "Electronic Information Received" and IC alled 4inkjets and let them know this. They said it only shows that and when the item is delivered when you track with USPS. Well, it's day 5 and it showed 2 scans this morning, one for "Arrival At Unit" and one for "Delivered", so I guess they were incorrect about it. But the arrogant CSR seemed very confident they were right.
So I ordered on Monday in the morning and it's not Friday and I have no package, also, I live less than a mile from their facility. Their CSRs seem unwilling to take that extra step and actually help, but would rather give you the canned responses. I had high hopes for 4inkjets, oh well. |

Smooth transaction, with email notifications confirming the order placed and shipment. I ordered twice from them. The first order went perfectly. In the second one, I didn't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, so I emailed them and got a prompt reply. Soon after the confirmation email followed, along with a shipment notice.
I received all items on time, just as was with my previous order. However, I found two of the black ink cartridge boxes cut (by what seems to be a box cutter). The cut in one of them did not reach the cartridge itself, but the other one cut the sealed wrap and thus probably compromised the cartridge functionality. I didn't find much point in shipping it back because the cost of delivery is about the cost of the cartridge itself. I just sent them an email informing them about this. Never got a reply. I guess I wasn't clear about whether I expect a reply. |

I ordered twice within a 2 week period from this company. I received order confirmations & the products arrived in less than a week. I received the wrong product on the 2nd order. I sent an e-mail to customer service which was responded to wothin 24 hours instructing me to call them. They rep I spoke to handled my problem promptly & shipped out the correct product immediately & included an RMA to send back the wrong item upon receiving the correct one. I'm satisfied their products & customer service & plan to use them for future purchases. |

I haven't actually USED the toner I ordered from 4inkjets, but I was disappointed to discover that the 3 to 4 days estimate for shipping doesn't mean anything. Although there was nothing on the site or in the confirmation email to indicate the product was not in stock, I checked my account when it hadn't arrived in a week and found it described as "backordered." (It still didn't say anything on the page advertising the toner; apparently you only find that an item's not in stock if you search for it.) The toner finally arrived today, 18 days after I placed the order. I hope it's good. The price was right, and if it had arrived in a reasonable amount of time I'd have been very happy. |

Ordered two blacks, and a set of color ink for my Epson CX5400.
The ink was 66% less than what epson was selling their ink for.
Printing is fine, but the black cartidge didn't fit as snudge as the original. However, it prints fine.
They sent an email after ordering, and I got a email confirming the order. |

These guys did a solid job, from the ease of ordering to the fair shipping/handling charge. Didn't have to contact support--my order for a couple of Dell 720 printer refill kits was perfect, and high-quality Inktec as advertised. Full-color packing slip is a nice touch--this appears to be a real-deal operation that setup a website, not a couple of high school kids in a garage.
Way to go! I'll be back to quench my printer's thirst. |
