This is my first time ordering from the tirerack and I'm very impressed. Not only can you search for all the tires that will fit your car, but you can also see reviews of the different tires by other people and also the individual tests that tirerack has performed on each tire. When placing your order, they also check to make sure if your tires will be compatible with your rims/car. On top of all this, they have the best prices anywhere and they'll even point you to local tire installers in your area. Top notch! |

I have a 1993 MR2 Turbo and ordered (2) 225/50R15 Yokohama ES 100's and (2) 195/50R15 Yokohama ES 100's for the front. Granted, I have ordered many things over the Internet but never tires. The local tire dealers around here wanted between $575 to $700 for the set. I purchased them for $306 shipped! It cost me $10 per tire to mount and balance them, you add it up. The tires are shipped (2) tied together, not in a box or anything, but they're tires, what could really hurt them?? If you ever wanted to see what your vehicle looks with a new set of rims, check this site out as they have most cars on there where you can change the rims to view the new appearance - Nice. They actually called me within 15 minutes of my purchase to inform me that the (2) front tires where a little shorter than the factory size (the size I needed in Yokohama's are in a national backorder, I checked everywhere) and that I needed to add a little more air pressure to obtain maximum performance. Outstanding experience! Will do business with again. |

Tire rack has the best price for tires, hands down. Tire rack has the best website design, it's the best tire website out there, because they are the only tire online reseller has the tire review out there, and it's pretty helpful for people doesn't know much about tires. I bought my self 4 14inch tires and 4 insurances for only 190 after shipping, it's a super deal. I order at the mid-night of 1/31/06, I got a email the next day for says delivery confirmation. It's faster than some electronic stores. I was shocked and happy, because I will be receving my new tires soon. I will definately shop back at Tirerack.com |

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from tirerack. They have a great selection and unbeatable prices. The web site is very helpful with lots of user reviews as well as tirerack road tests. I shipped the tires to an installer in my area that they recommended. The tires arrived at the installer one day after they were ordered. |

Absolutely fabulous service and superfast shipping. I ordered twice from them this year, first was wheel wax for my new wheels and second was sockets, torque wrench, and power wrench. They have multiple shipping locations around the USA so it gets to you fast which is perfect.
I asked a question at night and received an email response within an hour even at night!
Items were processed and at my door in 1 day for the first order and in 2 days for the second order. That is amazing, especially with normal shipping. |

I order alot off the web, but, this was a first for tires. I didn't intend to order, just research and compare brands. Found their site from Google and was surprised at the quality of the site, information, comparison capabilities, and prices. They had a much larger selection of brands and models than any store I'd visited, and, no bias towards any one brand (like the stores did). The best part was the extensive customer feedback on their results from using all the different tires. You could search for feedback on the tires you prefered from buyers with the same car as you and similar driving styles. The comparisons and feedback gave me the confidence to select a brand/model I'd never heard of before, Kumho 716, instead of the Michelins I normally like. And for the tire I decided upon, the site had the lowest price I found on the web. Shipping was less than $10 per tire via UPS. I decided to try them, placed the order, and the tires were on the porch in about 4 days. The UPS guy was even nice enough to put them around back out of the way. My VISA was charged exactly right. I've already found a place to mount and balance them for about $15 per tire. Overall, I saved more than $200 and got better rated tires than had I simply replaced the Michelins I had on before using a local store. All online ordering should be this good. |

I ordered myself a set of wheels & tires for Xmas. But alas, my car was stolen 3 days after Xmas. I checked the shipping status and it's still a day from delivery so I called TireRack to see if I can cancel the order. The customer service agent I spoke with was very sympathetic and helpful. She advised me to refuse the UPS shipment and I will be credited when they receive the packages. Today they emailed me and issued me credit for 3 of the 4 wheels/tires without any explanation. I called and inquired and was told that one of the wheels was damaged in transit. I explained that I was not even home at time of delivery. UPS returned the packages per my note on the door. Since I don't have possession of the packages at any point in time, I should not be held liable for damages. I was told TireRack is making a claim with UPS but I would have to bear the cost until the issue is resolved. This is very poor handling of the situation. I sincerely appreciate their acceptance of the return. However, I also don't appreciate their "policy" of sticking the customer with the burden of a shipping claim especially when the customer NEVER HAD POSSESSION OF THE PRODUCT. If somehow UPS denies the claim, am I then stuck with the cost of their error? I was a customer of TireRack back in the 80s when they were a much smaller operation. I went back to them this time because of my previous excellent experience. After this fiasco, I think I'd rather spend a few more dollars and visit my local performance centers next I have the need for wheels and tires. |

I had a great experience using Tire Rack. They offer a great selection of tires at the best prices. I was worried that purchasing tires online might be complicated, but it was actually very simple. I selected a preferred installer nearby, the tires arrived in a few days and I had them installed right afterwards. |

Prices are great, good communication. Got a phone call telling me the order was going to have to ship from a warehouse further away, therefore the shipping quote was going to increase by $15. Not a big deal, but I argued, "what fault is it of mine that it has to come from somewhere further?" They had no argument but replied its policy...sorry. I would order again if I can assure accurate shipping prices. |

Now I can go searching for another tire. |

The website is really easy to use and will find all the tires appropriate for your car. They had the tires I wanted in stock (none of the local tire stores had them available) and at an excellent price. They sent me an email confirmation and another email when the order shipped (which had an UPS tracking number). The order shipped the same day and the tires arrived at the tire dealer the next day. Excellent service! |

I needed new lug nuts, so i called tirerack to get information on the size of the lugs. they volunteered to ship me new lugs at no cost.. and if that wasnt enough, they are sending them via priority overnight! this reaffirms my belief that tirerack is one of the best companies out there to do business with. i wont shop anywhere else for tires/wheels and accessories. |

WOW!
I placed an order for new rotors and pads for my vehicle around 3pm on a Tuesday. The guys at Tirerack had my order on a UPS truck that night, that truck must have driven 1,200 miles straight to my house because I was putting the new rotors and pads on my car by 11am the next day. I don't know how or why it got to me so quickly, I paid for standard ground shipping (3-5 days) but I'm not going to complain.
Their prices were good and the shipping/handling charges were reasonable. |

I purchased a pair of PIAA Super Silicone wipers from Tire Rack for my 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT. The items were shipped promptly and arrived quickly.
The Tire Rack website is very easy to use, and makes accurate recommendations for items you can modify and/or replace on or in your vehicle.
As for the wipers, they work great. In fact, they are the best that I have ever used!

I have ordered 3 times from Tire Rack and have been very satisfied with their service. On my last order, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires by selecting coup instead of sedan on the website (the sizes are different between the 2 models). I called them up and they sent UPS to pick the incorrect tires up on their dime! I was certainly surprised that they did that for me. The sales people were nice and I got the correct tires 3 days later. Great company. I will continue to use Tire Rack for tires. |

Although the prices were great, the return policy is not. When my tire, which has a 5-year warrrenty from the manufacturer and had almost no wear from only being a couple months old, blew out on the interstate, I emailed tire rack to inquire about warrenty fulfillment. I was told by Alice at TireRack, basically, it was probably my fault somehow. But even if it wasn't, they weren't going to help me. She told me to find a local tire dealer and try to get them to replace it (!). That's not how you do business, Tire Rack! |
