Bayou Classic - 7400 - 4 Quart Dutch Oven — $30.00
Not as good as a more expensive enamel-coated dutch oven, but a very good and much cheaper substitute. The inside of the lid lacks the little divets, so condensed vapor does not distribute evenly back into the pot. Also, the factory paraffin coating it comes in is disgusting and very hard to remove. Otherwise, though, it is good and heavy, and I have used it many times already.
