I do not have a changing table and the washable organic changing pads are the best way to clean a poopy diaper because if something does spill, it is on the washable pad. I roll up the wipes in the pad and depending on where we are, I have the diaper in there too at times, especially if I am out and about. It is all in one place and doesn't spill anywhere. I bought a jar of Grandma El's after a recommendation from a fellow grandma. I gave it to my daughter for my new grandson and now she is sold.
