My former source of White Darjeeling dried up, and I decided to try this offering. I just finished the first pot of this White Darjeeling, and am pleasantly surprised! It isn't weak at all, like a lot of white tea. I could almost swear there is some honey taste in the finish; very interesting. A good value, I would say.

Fill your kettle with freshly drawn water from the purest available source. Heat the water to about 175 ° F to 180 ° F. Measure approximately 1 Tblsp. of tea per 6-8 ounces of water.
