SOLD Lot of Victorian Jet beading in a variety of designs. I bought this beading at a local estate, where there were also many fabulous antique buttons and vintage costume jewelry. The beads are not French glass jet. When I sorted through them all on a white styrofoam tray, there was a layer of "coal dust" left behind, so I am rather certain that it is fossilized.
