From a distance, 'Fireglow' could be seen as a small version of 'Bloodgood', but with more ruby-red than burgundy color. Upon closer inspection, leaves tend to be smaller than Bloodgood. Classic upright tree form, staying shapely with age. Crimson, crimson, crimson in fall. A semi-dwarf to 15' in average soil, it's reported to be among the best red upright cultivars for hot southern summers.
