Apr-21-2012 i have been buying 10-20 shirts per year from CTS and like the ease of ordering, product fit and quality and the price points. The only problem that I have had with the shirts is excessive collar and cuff shrinkage - went into the store and they told me that the problem has been addressed with the new lines - I hope so.

May-11-2012 The delivery took a bit longer than expected. It was not made immediately clear that the shirts were coming from outside the US. Not that it matters, most things ultimately do anyway, it would have set expectations. It was worth the wait though. It was also not clear to me why my information had to be reverified by phone.
