It's the first time I've used an alcohol-based aftershave in a little over a year. I'm a cologne nerd. The scent is what you'd expect from an aftershave, but just a bit more refined. The patchouli is balanced out nicely by the citrus notes and the sandalwood. I'd recommend this with a woody/oriental type cologne if i were going to double down.
