Zinc core votive wicks
Color protectant and ultraviolet light stabilizer. Use of this product helps to prevent candles from fading or to change color, which is a result of direct light exposure. Recommended usage level is from .025 to .05 by weight of base wax. For example: from 0.04 oz to 0.08 oz of UV Inhibitor per pound of wax or from 1.1 to 2.3 grams of UV Inhibitor per pound of wax. Note: Some color changes are due to a chemical reaction between the dye and the fragrance (or stearic acid) used in the candles.
