Perhaps it was a manufacturing flaw, but this DVD kept skipping around. I couldn't get through the thing it was skipping around so bad. (Even after exchanging it.) As far as I know, they also don't teach you proper breathing or meditation which are huge factors in yoga. This DVD was horrible!
