I cut the tracks down to 46" and 14" to fit the three piece hardtop fiberglass 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 door). Cutting the tracks spread the loadbars out from 36" to 65"! The 16' canoe balanced and traveled perfectly. Traveled 1000 miles roundtrip - 600 miles on I-75 @ 70 mph, without a problem, for canoe and hiking solo trip to Michigan's Upper Penisula.
