First of all this is NOT fragrance free. BUT the great thing about this lotion is the smell. It pours on very liquidy but it goes a long way. ALL Welda products are great but they are pricey. As they come from Swanson, the price is the BEST on the market. I have 6 children, youngest 3 and 2 and they never had any bad reaction to this lotion. The kids smell great with this on after a bath.
