Of a pale yellow color with golden brightness. It contains green aromas that remember white fruits to us, apples, as well as a smooth honey aroma. It offers elegance and body and good acidity. In the mouth we can find notes to tropical fruits, almonds and leaves of spices giving final long, fresh and smooth means.

Valle de Casablanca Unoaked- Very dry and different style of chardonnay. Smelled almost like a New Zealand sauvignon blanc; fresh cut grass, citirus, cranberry. Lime and grapefruit on the front but not bitter or overwhelming. An interesting wine, but more of a non-chardonnay drinkers chardonnay.

Can’t ask for much more in a crisp, dry white for u nder 10 bucks. A little more intensity than the Pinot Grigios we sell by the truck load, but similarly dry, crisp and food friendly. An easy choice for your house white. From the Carinena appellation in Spain.
