Frame is solid with scuffs typical for its age, fork and shock are very new and in excellent shape. Fork has Manitou’s Absolute+ damping with lockout, rebound and compression knobs. I had this bike set up with Shimano’s new 10 speed XT, Easton carbon bar, Thomson seatpost and Ellsworth wheels coming in at 24lbs even, so it can be built up very light.
