I attached a page that has all of the different roof racks we carry for your 2007 Saturn Vue. The Thule Canoe Carrier # TH579XT that you referenced is only designed to work on Thule square load bars so I would recommend you get a Thule Roof Rack System # THLB50, TH450 as it comes with square load bars and would work well with a # TH579XT. I attached installation instructions for the TH579XT for you to check out also.
