We really dont know whether to call these soft collars, harnesses, or clothes! We do know that the Tinki Vest from Susan Lanci Designs is one of the most elegant, simplest, and finest small dog harnesses weve ever seen. The Tinki Vest has two wide straps, one circles the dogs neck, the other her rib cage, connected at the back with a ring for attaching a leash. The straps close with very strong, wide velcro closures, so some size adjustment is possible.
