I never leave reviews but this time it's worth it. I have short and fine lashes. This is the first time I have bought a product I am excited about in years. I applied this primer and then put on my waterproof mascara. My mascara went on so smothly. My eyelashes instantly looked longer and fuller. Oh and I no longer get smuges above my eyes!
