This tea is surely what my grandpa was thinking of when he used to call a brisk wind "bracing". The tea has a fresh scent and a very bold flavor. There is nothing Hidden in this tea, it is a Great wake-me-up. Don’t be afraid of it, if it seems to strong, just steep it for two minutes rather than three and you’ll get another cup or pot out of the leaves. Great value.

This morning tea has full depth of flavor to satisfy most discerning pallet and at the same time enough strength to wake up brown bear in the middle of winter sleep. This tea is best when drinking British style - with milk and sugar.

I suspect the malty flavor is what makes this breakfast tea Scottish, like single malt or double malt Scotch. I like malty beers, so I thought I would try this. I love it first thing in the morning with a little sugar and occasionally a splash of milk.
