I don't understand the complaints. I got this with the 20% off and it's soooo worth it. I cleaned my face, then just put my face in it. It does take a min to warm up, but I just turn it on before I wash my face. It's not such a big deal. I have a pretty big head but it covered my face and I just stuck my chin in it to get my chin area. My skin felt so soft and so clean when I'm done. Your skin will love you for getting this.
