I used the old formula of Redken All Soft for nearly ten years. I have fine hair that is kind of oily on top, dry on the ends, and tangles easily (I've not-so-affectionately deemed it "problem hair"). All Soft worked MIRACLES, making it soft without weighing it down. But they switched to the "new" formula, which makes my troubled mane even LESS manageable. It made my hair flat, dull, and created hopeless snarls. I hope they bring back the old formula, because I will not be buying this again.
