This cool climate vine is late ripening, requires a long growing season and a moderately drained but not too dry hillside microclimate. Prosecco is used to make a highly flavored dry and delicate sparkling wine. With peach and apple aromas, this fresh and balanced sparkling wine has fine perlage with a refreshing finish. Prosecco di Valdobbiadene is excellent as an aperitif, ideal with seafood dishes and after meals with light desserts.

What I really like about this Prosecco is the slight mi neral quality on the nose. You’ll also find citrus and melon aromas.
